ESC42 is experimental. Features may change, break, or disappear without notice. We don't guarantee uptime or data retention during beta.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ESC42 for unlawful purposes, to harass others, or to share harmful content.

4. Data & AI Use

By using ESC42, you agree we may process your trip data (destinations, dates, budgets, votes) through Lumi AI and third-party providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI). We don't sell your data.

5. Liability

ESC42 is provided "as is." We are not liable for losses, damages, or disputes that arise from use, including AI errors or suggestions.

6. Account Deletion

You can request deletion anytime by emailing hello@letshuddl.com.
